Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, I do not accept returns. However, sometimes life and special circumstances happen, so please reach out to me if needed (returns are at Cascade and Canyon's discretion). Please email me -- I'm more than happy to work with you!


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

All ready to ship items will be shipped within 5 business days of full payment received. I normally ship out faster than this, but I'm a one-woman-shop and it can sometimes take a bit longer.

Please email me at taylor@cascadeandcanyon.com if you need any shipping address changes as soon as possible after purchase.

I ship via USPS (if in the US), provide a tracking number, and provide shipping insurance for the value of the item(s) purchased.

For an accurate shipping rate, use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.

Once a package is handed off to the USPS/shipping carrier, Cascade and Canyon is no longer responsible for the shipping speed, especially during high volume or peak shipping season (e.g. the holidays), or if the package gets lost or stolen.

⊹ In the event that a package is lost or stolen: please reach out to the USPS or your local Post Office to start a claim, as every package has shipping insurance on it to help you get reimbursed should this ever happen.

Please feel free to reach out to me and I can help assist you with filling out a claim as well. Please note that Cascade and Canyon is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the shipping process or delivery process.
